Important information regarding system changes

Åland University of Applied Sciences will change its master system from Wilma to Sisu starting from the 17th of February 2025. This means that from now on all of your student matters will be handled in Sisu.
Sisu will be temporarily out of service from February 17, 2025 to February 21, 2025 due to a major system upgrade. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience. We are working to complete the upgrade as quickly as possible, and there is a chance that the system may be back in service earlier than planned.

What is Wilma?
Wilma is the students and the teachers webinterface to Primus (school administrative program) and Kurre (time schedule program). This Wilma-license is owned by Åland University of Applied Sciences (swe: Högskolan på Åland), Mariehamn.

In Wilma the students can follow their performances and get information.
In Wilma the teachers will give grades and give information.

Wilma is also used by the school staff.
Log in to Wilma by writing your username and password in the fields to the right. Then click on the Log in button.

Username and password in Wilma is first name.surname and your HA-password.

Make sure you are on the right Wilma page
- Do not Google the address, use the one you received from the institution
- Check that the web address ends ha.inschool.fi
- Save the correct address (ha.inschool.fi) in the browser and use Wilma via it in the future
If you suspect that your Wilma codes have fallen into the wrong hands, immediately change the password according to the instructions you receive from your educational institution.
